This is a simple class consisting of 3 essays, a resume, and 5 exhibits highlighting your work. The first essay about your strengths. You identify five of them, then write a paper about them. Mine was about four pages long. The next essay is a career outlook essay. Having already been in the industry for 20 years, I just wrote about what I plan to do in the next 10 years before retirement. It was two pages long. The last essay is a reflective essay, describing how you got to this point in life. I just wrote about life events that got me where I am today. It was four pages.
Since I already had a resume, I just fine tuned it a bit and included it. Nothing special.
For the five exhibits, I used the following:
Pretty easy stuff. I think this course is designed to guide younger students and help them prepare for their career. Since I’m on the other end of mine, I think the evaluator just took a quick glance and passed it. It got the passing notification just few hours after I submitted the task.
No real takeaway on this one. Pretty straight forward.
